Those who do not put in the time and effort to make themselves better athletes/basketball players will be left behind. (And that will not be my fault, it will be yours!)
Varsity games will be played by those individuals who give the team the best chance of winning games. Better get used to that and be supportive!
If you, not playing in the Varsity games is not something you want to happen and will lead you to complain, then either work harder, accept your role or don't sign up to be apart of the Lady Bobcat Basketball Program.

1. To utter a plaintive, high-pitched, protracted sound, as in pain, fear, supplication, or complaint.
2. To complain or protest in a childish fashion.
You get out of it what you put into it.
Those who do not study, usually fail.
Do not do what is simply asked of you.
Teams are made of role players! What's your role?
Ask not what your team can do for you, but what you can do for your team!
Last but not least, I'm on your side don't forget that!
